What are skin tags?
Skin tags also identified as acrochordon are overgrowths of usual skin at locations like underarms, neck, face, etc. Risk of developing skin tags is greater in patients who are overweight, or are having diabetes. Amount of skin tags in an individual might differ from a very few to abundant. These are most of the time innocuous. Occasionally if they grow larger there are probabilities that they might get infested following a minor trauma. So, it is a better to confiscate them when skin tags are trivial in magnitude.
